What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you voluntarily enter on our website, email communication, or provide to our customers, vendors, partners, or sponsored events. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet for login into our portal. How do we handle the collection of Sensitive Information?

During the course of our communication together, we ask that you not send us or disclose any sensitive information such as social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, or other genetic characteristics, through communications with us or use of our Products. If Precision Signal identifies any communication that we deem as Sensitive information, we will immediately destroy or remove this data. 

How do we handle your Personal Information when it pertains to Local and International Laws and Regulations?

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in locations where we have offices, and data facilities, or in which we engage other service providers, and by using and interacting with Precision Signal. California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Babel Street operates as a service provider to our customers, and customers determine which of our offerings are best suited to their specific mission and goals. We provide such offerings at our customer’s direction. This privacy policy does not apply or extend to our customer’s use of our offerings.

How do we store, use, share, and disclose our site visitors’ Personal Information?

Our company is hosted on the GoDaddy and WorldPress platform. GoDaddy and WordPress provide us with an online platform to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through GoDaddy’s and WordPress’ data storage, databases, and the general GoDaddy and WordPress applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by GoDaddy and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

If our website tracks Personal Information through the use of cookies, for example, cookies, flash cookies, web beacons, etc.,) your website employs, what Personal Information they gather and why they are being used.

It’s important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the GoDaddy App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through GoDaddy´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy.

How do we handle our security and handling of Personal Information and sensitive data?

Specifically, Precision Signal has registered our status as compliant with the U.S. DoD Supplier Performance Risk System for NIST 800-171, a leading set of standards for information security.
